How Can Stomach Ache And Bloating Be Relieved While Suffering From Diverticulosis?

I have diverticulosis. I recently ate popcorn and a fairly greasy meal which I very rarely do. I usually eat a very healthy diet. Now I am sick with intermittent stomach pain, gas, and a sour stomach. Pain is mostly on left side when it hits. This has been going on for 2 days. What can I do to relieve symptoms? Gas-x does not work.

Hi,

You may be having flare up of diverticulitis. Use tablet Ofloxacin and Ornidazole combination. Use tablet Mefenamic Acid. Avoid spicy food as well as alcohol consumption, smoking and caffeine drinks.

Use tablet Pantoprazole. If your symptoms not improved or if you developed any allergic reactions to above drug please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
