My daughter took Chlor-trimeton and cetirizine hydrochlorite at the same time around 5:30 pm and she takes Effexor. She began having stomach pain, drowsiness and eyes rolling back in her head and closing, chills and not acting herself. Any suggestions?

Hi,

Chlorpheniramine Maleate and Cetirizine are both are antihistamines may cause drowsiness in patients who consume same time.

She may develop gastritis probably please give one Pantoprazole with empty stomach.

Please consult your physician immediately if she is feeling breathing difficulty or palpitations or chest pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
