Hello,

Stomach pain may be due to gastritis or cholecystitis or left renal calculi or colitis etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use mefenamic acid with Tramadol twice a day for five days.

Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved or deteriorating please consult your physician he will do ultrasound abdomen and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
