How Can Stomach Burning Sensations With Back Pain Be Treated?

doctor, i have burning sensation all over my stomach and left side back is paining while bend sidewards, i took 2 times endoscope and doctor said GERD, relux and 2nd endoscope he said deodentis and i took medicine for more thn 6 months still having an issues but i love spicy food since i am an indian. Please advice what can i do i am 88 kg and my height is 173 cm.

Read you history related to the burning pain in abdomen. 2 endoscopy with findings of medication but the pain the back still persists. That you love spicy food being an Indian.
I would advise you the following with reasoning.
Clinical evaluation and MRI of the back as the pain may most probably be related to the local problems of muscles, nerves or the spinal vertebrae or their joints.
Review endoscopy and see whether the gastritis or duodenitis still persist.
Once properly diagnosed you can have proper treatment and taste mild spicy foods that do not cause acidity related problems.
Reduce your stress and anxiety as being one of the most important cause.
