General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per the description of symptoms, there is seemingly underlying blockage of the bile duct system with back pressure over liver.

In our clinic, we admit the patient in hospital, evaluate with ultrasound and MRI of the abdomen to proceed for the curative line of management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
