How Can Stomachache Along With Diarrhea Be Treated?

I ve been sick 2 days so nauseous I can t eat, high stomach pain in center of stomach, frequent bowel movements that are loose, cramping in abdomen, chills alternating with feeling overly warm.. I am 69 yr old female ( gallbladder removed ) have mitral valve murmur and possible CHF.... Also biosynthetic aortic valve .... what should I do ?

Take regular water after awke and tab risek 20 mg in bd also take watr before meal if hav dihrae take flagyl bd
