How Can Stool With Mucus And Unclear Motion Be Treated?

my husband had urinary track infection 20 days ago.he was hospitalised and given antibiotics.he recovered.but since then till now he is passing stool with mucus 3 to 4 times a day.he isnt having clear motion since then.please help.medical assitance is difficult to get because we are in china.
