How Can Swelling And Pain In The Knees Be Treated?

I fell about an hour ago I hit my head on bed post had a small intention on my fire head it’s almost gone but my knees is swollen big I can stand and walk but hurts what should I watch for and when should I worry or go to dr I don’t have money to go to dr any help will be much appreciated

Hello,

Probably, you may hurt your patella or meniscus or cruciate ligaments.

So, take rest, apply ice, apply compression, and use anti-inflammatory drugs like tablet Naprosyn twice a day for five days.

If symptoms do not improve, please consult an orthopedic. He/She will take an x-ray of both knees and treat you accordingly.
