General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be due to conditions like osteomyelitis. Consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan. You might require a surgical procedure to correct the deformity.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
