How Can Swelling And Pain In The Testicles Be Treated?

I met with an accident and in that i got my testicles pressurised by fuel tank of motorbike, it was a straight hit to a poel and speed was about 30-40kmh. Now my left testicle has swollen and mild pain is there. I guess there is a blod clotting. How do i treat this situation ?

hi....
as per your concern i dont think much severe injury to testicles..
so...take ibuprofen 2 times a day for 3 days..
swelling and pain will reduces...
after 3 days still pain is ther..you must have physical examination...and surgeons openion..
take care.
