How Can Swelling And Tingling Sensation In The Foot And Toes Be Treated?

I dropped an object on the top of my foot almost 2 weeks ago. It is still swollen, my second toe is tingling and the top of my foot is still tender. I had it xrayed last week yet they say there are no breaks. I elevate, I ve and take ibuprofen but still no improvements. Any suggestions?
