How Can Swelling In The Legs And Abdominal Bloating Be Treated?

Hello
I have swollen legs , feel bloated all the time even after a sandwich. If I bend over I cannot breath and get a head rush , which may also occur at any time ( like my head is swollen) and I am tired all the time, with slight pain in my lower right back
I am taking water tablets for 6 months now to no effect at all
Please can you help

* The issue sounds to be a systemic problem as

- endocrine malfunction as thyroid disorder or else
- kidney disorder as chronic renal failure or else
- anaemia
- others
