Hello,

As this is a skin reaction to the soap is one. Second, there will some skin tissue wear and tear due to friction and since it was squeezed by the door so there will be a muscle injury.

Just apply coconut oil and do gentle massage and use hot water fermentation for the finger muscles to relax.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
