How Can Temporal Arteritis Be Treated?

Hi. I have just been diagnosed with temporal arteritis. I do yoga weekly and have been putting my legs up the wall for 10 min night and morning. This relaxes the body And reverses the blood flow. Is this a good idea? Also i am on 40 mg of prednisone but to aid inflammation I am taking 600 mg tumeric. Will this help
