How Can The Brain Problem Of My 1 Year 8 Months Child Be Treated ?

Child age is 1.8 yrs , He is not with stand himself & He have some brain problem.

Hi,
Some times a baby may not learn to stand or have speech upto two years and more,but as you said he has brain problem this also can delay mile stones but without proper history brain problem I can not say any thing or give any advise.
