Hi,

It's natural that you might feel difficulty in interpretation of the report. In case of infection to cervix, epithelial cells change their Morphology and looks atypical. It is called reactive inflammation.

With clearance of infection by antibiotic, these changes will disappear. You can consult gynecologist for examination and getting prescription.
