How Can There Be A Focal Protrusion Into The Left Caudal Neural Foramen After An Operation For Disc Herniation?

hi my mri says At l4-5 the diss is degenernated and there is focal protrusion into the left caudal neural foramen causing mild stenosis. How can this happen after a operation for disc herniation in the same area 9 months ago. I feel the DR ruined my back. Never had this much pain before. It s all nerve pain

There are two causes of this type of finding. May be doctor has operated at some other level or may be it is recurrence as some part of disc was left behind. It would be more easy to answer if you post your MRI report to me. Also for pain relief i would recommend you to take Pregabalin and Methylcobal. Avoid heavy weight lifting and forward bending.
