How Can Tingling And Dull Ache In Hamstring Be Treated?

35 years female fairly fit...slipped around a pool and fell on my left butt...next morning could not sit down or put a lot of pressure on foot to walk...ice and rest for 3 days....no bruising at all, no swelling....still have a dull,ache in buttock piriformis area when sitting for long time....also sometimes feel a little tingling in hamstring and down leg...doing stretches but it has been 6 weeks....is this something more serious or should I keep stretching and exercising? Iive in Canada no health right now...can t afford doc visit yet

as it is 6 weeks you should have an xray done for your problem. many times pain takes sometime to subside completely. if u are able to do normal weight bearing then it is not a big problem . it will just be a blunt trauma and resolve soon. take topical gel of diclefenac for pain relief. do hot water fomentation. take care. get well soon
