.my left neck all the way down to my left fingertips (including my shoulder) feels tired,tingly, weak and funny. I can t sleep nor can I stay still because it s bothering me so much. What do you think I should do

Hello,

It might be due to nerve compression in the neck leading to numbness and tingling. Consult an orthopaedic and get an MRI spike to look for any nerve impingement. As of now avoid activities that put strain on the neck like lifting heavy objects and swimming.
