How Can Upper Back Pain With Discomfort And Breathlessness Be Treated?

Hi I have slight pain and discomfort in my upper back bewteen my shoulder blades. Also sometimes I having trouble taking a real deep breath? Are the two things related? I am 37, 5ft 3", 8.2 stone, and last year I had seven epileptic siezures (this has now been related to mercury poisoning as the very first ever siezure occured a week after I had dental treamtent that turned out to have been done badly).
Thanks.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
if the pain is mild try a course of Cap. microcid 75 mg twice daily for 5 days with local application of ointment like Pyroflex, if severe needs Local Inj. by an orthopaedic surgeon Inj. ken acorn 40 mg mixed with 2 cc 2% xylocaine in the spot of pain bone deep with a big needle. it is probably due to muscle strain.
