Hi.
I believe u r suffering from persistent or recurrent urinary tract infection. Constipation is usually associated with infection. Also u need to rule out any source of persistent UTI.
Firstly, get rid of constipation. Take laxatives in sufficient dose.
Get urine routine and culture to look for pus cells and type of bacteria and antibiotics sensitive to it.
Get ultrasound KUB to rule out any hydronephrosis or stone disease. if any abnormalities r found it should be treated.
Also as u have recurrent UTI, u will need prophylactic dose of culture sensitive antibiotics for prolonged period.
Besides, if urine routine shows acidic ph, urine alkalizers will also help.
Keep in touch. Will review u after reports.
