How Can Urinary Urgency And Frequency With Urethra Burning Be Treated?
my wife has had frequency and burning at the urethra .no stress incontinence but definite urgency. urine culture showed lactobacillus koseri.septra and cipro has not helped. blood sugar is 119 fasting .she is not on any antidiabetics.gyn exam neg per gynaecologist. please advise.

As the antibiotics of cipro and septra are not working, there can be possible drug resistance UTI or else.
Kindly get a urine culture report done in the lab and revert back with the results to discuss further care ahead.
