my mother has under went hystrectomy on 12/02/2014 and now she has a problem ,she has no control on passing urine, scan report says Left Kidney -PCS and upper ureter appears mildly dilated,Ovaries:Multi cystic left ovary measures 5.6x4.9cms, Impression 1.MILD LEFT HYDRO URETERO NEPHROSIS 2.MULTI CYSTIC LEFT OVARY

Hello,

In a person operated for hysterectomy with urinary issues of hydro ureter and kidney indicate possible issues with particular side ureter during the surgery as fixation, kinking or else.

I would quote to undertake an IVP with contrast CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis which will present every minor detail of the possible cause and permanent cure is mounted on that base.
