How Can Urine Odor Be Treated?

I recently got cured for a UTI and yeast infection and a couple of days later my urine is smelling like eggs again. I read somewhere that it could be the protein in my boyfriend's semen that is causing it. Is this true? and what can I do to get rid of it?
