How Can Vaginal Dryness During Intercourse Be Treated For A Successful Pregnancy?

Hi doc! Im having problems with my vagina its dry in the inside even if during sex.I cant even tell if i cum. What is the cause of these? And weve been trying to have a baby for 3 years already. ive been taking clomid for more than a year already.....what should we do in able to have a baby....thank you

Firstly, if you have been self-medicating all along, please see a specialist immediately for further management. Clomiphene should not be used for a prolonged period if there is no result. For relieving vaginal dryness, K-Y jelly can be used, but I prefer no external applications when you are trying to conceive as the sperm movement may be affected with the chemicals.
