How Can Vaginal Itching Be Treated?

I have vaginal itching on the outside and after showering it starts and keeps me up at night and what can I do for this. I thought I had a yeast infection but tried the over the counter items and does not work so this is what I am wondering what else to do.

Hello,

Since you have used antifungal creams without effectiveness most probably it is not a fungal infection.

You can do a vaginal smear to check for infection and determine the type of it.

The treatment varies on the causes of infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
