How Can Viral Fever In A Child Despite Taking Meftal-P And Paracetamol Be Treated?

Hi,My daughter is 4.5 years old (15Kg) and is having Viral fever. Fever is going very high 103. I am using paracetamol and medtal-p combination. As the fever is coming back to higher range every 3-4 hours can I use these drugs alternatively? Regards

I am sorry your daughter is going through a viral fever.

Yes you can use paracetamol and meftal p alternatively if fever gets up.

Keep consulting with her pediatrician to rule out any associated bacterial infection.

Keep well hydrated. Use OTC ORS with plenty of water.
