How Can Vomiting And Black Stools Be Treated For Regaining Appetite?

hi, i have been vomiting black vomit and had black stools, and have barely eaten in the past three days. i seen a doctor and they suggested a small bleed in the stomach. i was wondering how i could get my sappetitie back as i still feel sick. Thanks.

Hello,

Upper GI bleeding or iron or bismuth tablet consumption or green leafy vegetable intake may lead to black stools. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Get it done stool examination and upper GI endoscopy then consult your gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
