How Can Vomiting With Loose Motions Be Treated?

my kid age 3.5 yrs, started vomiting last night food in small batches since this morning and thereafter followed by loose motion in small qty. Her motion is semi liqd and is taking rest now. Kindly advice on the medication to improove her situtation and bring to normal. Regards, Nitin

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of vomiting with loose motions which seems to be due to acute gastroenteritis and electrolyte imbalance in body.

Need not to worry. You should start treatment with combination of fluoroquinolones and ornidazole. Take banana on daily basis and light food. Drink plenty of fluids to rehydrate her. Visit gastroenterologist once and get it examined. You should go for blood tests as well and start treatment after proper examination. Also go for food allergy test. Avoid giving any sharp and spicy food. Take aloevera juice which is natural cure for gastric problems.
