How Can Watery Stools, Gas And Stomach Pain Be Treated?

hello,,for the last 2 months i have had watery stools , gas and stomach hurts..im n the bathroom 4 times n the morning before work and then i have to stop before i get there and then i work only 4 hrs and im n the restroom 2 more times..dont feel well..

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the pathological changes or anything to take with the infection but it seems to be physiological condition or it must be due to the diet taken still if it is not being investigated for infection and systemic disease then better to rule this out and for that you will have to go for certain tests along with clinical examination, second option in tentative basis Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for 10 days can be tried and hope this information helps.
