Hello Pradeep,

LPP is a chronic skin condition.
The best that can be done is to stop the disease from progressing.

The pigmentation that has been set is very resistant to treatment.

There is no cream in the world which can improve the pigmentation.

Nevertheless, you may try IPL treatment. It has shown some promise but results are not guaranteed.

There is no point in further use of creams like triglow, melalite XL etc.

Continue with the sunscreen very religiously.

Hi....dear Pradeep..,
Thanks for choosing HCM...,
LICHEN PLANUS PIGMENTOSUS...
Lichen planus (LP) pigmentosus is a rare variant of lichen planus and is characterized by the presence of hyperpigmented, dark-brown macules in sun-exposed or skin-fold areas of the body. LP pigmentosu is common in Indian populations and in the Middle East. The disease usually appears in the third and fourth decade of life. The lesions usually do not cause symptoms. The exact cause of LP pigmentosus is unknown but various factors (e.g. viral infections and certain topical agents including mustard oil, amla oil and henna hair dyes) can trigger the disease...,
No suitable treatment is available so far..,
LASER also not tempting...ok..
good luck
