hi, i have just turned 20 and im a little under 24 stone i really really need to lose weight i have tried food diets e.g weight watchers but i cant keep to them and get portion sizes wrong ect. i did do shake diet and i did lose weight but i just couldn't afford to keep up with it is there any way i can get help with the money for the shake diet as i have found a shake diet and diet pills that i really want/need to do please help, i am so depressed about the way i look and feel, please help if you can

Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. For example: Breakfast : 1 size of box matches with cheese, yogurt with oatmeal, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, blueberries, cranberries, rusberries, kiwi, one teaspoon of honey and cinnamon. For lunch eat fish and a large bowl of vegetables. For dinner one glass of milk and 2-3 chicken wings. Exercise if you want to lose weight: cardio + weight training. Best regards.
