hi my name is deep and i am dell employe.. i need some help with my eating habbits.. as some time's i dont eant at all however some times i eat alot .. my weight is 95 and hight is 6 .. i also want to reduse my weight... i need some help with deit pln..

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you are wishing it is necessary to reduce the weight to be healthy and fit.
It can be achieved by 3 steps, one is diet, avoid taking calories, fats, fries, and oily foods.
Increase the activity, by practicing yoga, morning walk, exercises, and do any work in front of you , what ever the work is.
Minimize the sleeping time, practice late to bed, and early to rise.and avoid sleeping in the day time.
