hi im 23 and weigh 10 stone now a few months ago or so i went on a diet because i constantly ate evrything i saw and hated my body image but the weight just was not coming off quick enough so evrytime i slipped up on the diet i would make my self sick now im trying fasting and only eating very little and evry 2 days i tend to bing when every ones out and make my self sick i still worrie that im not being sick enough and constantly feel guilty for everything i eat i think about losing weight and food all day long checking dieting websites and taking diet pills its starting to get me so down but just cant stop. is this normal for my age and weight
Hello! Better try combining exercise and diet. Exercise will make you burn more calories and help you lose weight in a healthy way. Combine cardio with weightlifting. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts.
