Hi,
my average day is:
get up at 6 AM, take office bus at 7, reach by 8, have breakfast and go to work till 5 PM and reach back by 7(Due to traffic). In between, I take2-3 cups of tea/coffee, 3-6 glass of water and Lunch at 12. The job is software so totally sitting.
My average daily diet is:
breakfast: 2 idli Or 2 roti with vegetable
Lunch: 2 rotis with curry, curd, salad and sweet (sometime)
dinner: 3 rotis with curry or rice with curry.
on weekends, once or twice I eat out.
I am 29 years, 5 ft 4 inches, 73 Kg.
Please suggest how can I loose weight as despite of controlled daily deit, my weight is increasing.
