Hi,

I have gone through your query.
Tension leads to decrease in appetite resulting in loss of weight. For your height the weight is normal. If you still want to increase it, eat healthy and take protein rich cereals or supplements. Gaining weight is easier than losing it. Slight increase in fat intake will also help.

Wish you a good health.
