How Could Stabbing Pain In Pubic Area Be Treated?

I had pain yesterday like being stabbed from above my pubic bone goin just above my belly button I had a bath an the pain spread to the sides so my whole stomache was killing not stabbing unless I touched it today it's abit better but goes bad if I'm walking a make my lungs feel like there being pulled down all below my belly button is tender to touch what could this be please

central abdominal and suprapubic pain can arise from Urinary bladder or intestine. so take antispasmodics like drotaverine, get Urine analysis and ultrasound abdomen. also get examined by a surgeon.
