How Dangerous Is To Swallow Contact Lens?
i just came back from swimming with a friend of mine in a lake. When we got out, she got some dust in her eye, took her hard contact lens out of that eye, popped it in her mouth to clean it, but then accidentally swallowed it. Could this be dangerous to her health in any way? I sure hope not

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that the contact lens may not harm in Gastrointestinal tract and chances of coming out of this with the fecal material is likely, but for safety purpose it is advisable to get done the ultrasonography scan, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
