I am 25 yrs old, I am doing masterbation since last 9 years. But here the thing which needs to be understood is that i masterbate while sleeping in bed means unconciously. I do not perform this task deliberately,I try to avoid but ...this way I masterbate 3, 4 times a week. But from last few months I am facing some heath issues like my lower back pain, cervical pain, shoulder joint pain, inner knee joint pain and general weakness.
I want to know whether all these health issues have occured due to masterbation and how can I get rid of masterbation. I feel very guilty after doing this.
Dear one after going through out your complains , please ignore that all this happening to you due to masaturbation because there is no role of your complains with masturbation. Your problems due to other problem for this you can refer to general physician.
For getting rid of Masturbation you need to be confident and be strong internally to control on your emotions.
If you feel for masturbation you can do followingt:
1-Try to divert your mind with watching TV, talk to some one, a gentle brisk walk, taking deep breath.
2-Engaged youself with some activity so you could not think on that.
3-Take proper sleep make early wake up call and go out for walk.
