How Do I Treat A Stiff Neck And Back Pain ?

39, 6 2, 245lbs no medical history related to my situation, i felt a slight stiffness of the neck 2 days ago, and yesterday woke up with a sore neck and back, i tried every position to sleep but the pain just keeps coming my top back right side, bending down to tie my shoe gives pain also

Get x-ray of lumbar & cervical spine AP & lateral view done to find the cause & also consult orthopaedic surgeon.It can be due to meningitis also if you have fever or neck rigidity also .So consult the doctor for right diagnosis & treatment.
