How Do You Cure Urinary Retention?

since I have been a child, I have retention problems. I talk about urinary retention problems. In the night, I don’t smell when my bladder is filled. However, since few years I have noted a slightly decrease in the frequency of this problem. I wear nappies like the babies but I am 20.. I never seen a doctor for this embarrassing problem. what happening in my body? What can I do to stop this problem? (I m sorry for my english, I am a french)

Hello,

* As per my surgical experience, the chronic urinary retention issue since childhood indicate possible posterior urethral valve in a male child most likely, though other causes of overflow incontinence or recurrent infection through vesico ureteral reflux has to be considered also.

* Kindly get an expert consultation with urologist , basic evaluation with urine culture, kidney function tests, ultrasound, CT scan with IVP and uroflowmetry for finding the root cause and manage in accordance to that only.
