Hi I usually get my period every month on regular basis and it lasts from 6-7 days but this month I took diet pills and my period came 4 days in advance and lasted one day only that never happened to me so I quit the pills now can my period come back this month normally or no

Welcome to HCM!

I understand your concern. However, there is absolutely no need to worry. Having periods preponed or postponed by 5-7 days is nothing to worry about and happens very often with many females.

You may continue to take your pills.

However, just make sure your pills don't contain hormones like oestrogen, progesterone, follicle stimulating hormone or leutinizing hormone as these are the hormones which will affect your menstrual cycle.
