How Does One Confirm If Shoulder Injury Is Something Serious?

Yesterday I was at the football game, and I tripped going up the stairs, but didn t think I hurt my shoulder cause I didn t fall on it, but after my shoulder really shirt to move around and in my sleep I couldn t move it much and I still can t without it hurting. What s wrong ?

Hi,

Have done an X-ray. That will confirm if any injury. If no injury, then the pain gets relieved in 3 to 4 days.
