How Does One Trim The Stomach?

hi,i am rakesh 23 years old.my weight is 78 kg.i workout daily in the morning as well as in the evening.but i am having fat at my belly and i am unable to remove it.tell me what to do??? and also tell that which one contains more fat simple paneer(cheese) or banana???

hello,as per your height you should have the proper weight,you have not mentioned weight anyways its good that you workout n stay fit.For the belly fat you should do exercises that are meant to reduce belly fat.If you are confused then talk to a trainer and learn which exercise to do.And for how long how many times,so that you see the change.its necessary to learn the correct method so it can give good results.Also with that get a diet chart made from a dietician so that you can do that in healthy way.And cheese contains more fat than banana.guess this helps.If any question further do ask questions.
