How Does Sleeping Pill Affect Erection?
hi sir, i m 31 year old.i was regular drinker from last 7 years.now i m taking sleeping pills instead of drink.i take 3 tab at night daily. i tried my best to sleep with tab but fail.i can satisfied my wife because i m taking this pills.i eraction occur some time.before these tab i had perform 3 to 4 intercourse in one night.i got married on 02 apr 2010. pls help

I understand that you are concerned about your erection problems after taking sleeping pills. The fact is that both sleeping pills and alcohol (which you were taking regularly before the sleeping pills) can cause sexual problems like erectile dysfunction.
The other concerning thing is that if you are not able to fall asleep despite taking 3 sleeping pills, it is most likely that you have become dependent on these sleeping pills.
The solution to your erection problems as well as your sleeping problems would be to overcome the dependence on these sleeping pills. You will also need a detailed evaluation to check for any other causes for your sexual problem - like diabetes, hypertension, hormonal imbalance, etc.
So, I would suggest that you consult a psychiatrist in your place for a detailed evaluation and further management.
