How Does The Menstruation Effect The Lypase Level In Body ?
Hi, I have been hospitalized for pancreatitis. Now my lypase levels are almost double what they should be, even though I have cut down on drinking (no hard alcohol at all), could this be due to my menstral cycle? How does menstration effect the lypase level in my body? Much thanks, K

Numbers of different lipase presented in human body here you must be talking about the pancreatic lipase, which is very likely to increase because of your clinical condition of pancreatitis, it is nothing to take with your menses but may have something related with alcohol, this could increase in alcoholic patients take care and have nice day.
