I m musterbating for 10 yrs I used to ejaculate when sperm comes I stop it and again I do the same process for 30 minutes and then I discharge.Recently i got married i played with my wife more than 30 minutes the same thing I did there she is very satisfy with me but I have a question is there any effect doing this stop sperm can it be harmful for me in my sex life
