First of all HIV positive individual does not feel sick as soon as the virus is transmitted. The symptoms appears after transmission till the condition becomes AIDS(acquired immune deficiency syndrome) which could take months to years to develop(average time is 10 years). Therefore the symptoms you are facing should be related to anxiety of getting HIV infection.
You should get your doubt of getting a HIV infection removed by doing a HIV test. By doing that you would be relieved of anxiety you are facing. HIV test is fully confidential & could be easily done at any of medical laboratory & prescription is not even needed.
