How Early Can A Second Dosage Of Amoxicillin Be Taken While Suffering From Severe Headache?

I took my first dose of 875mg amoxicillin 6 hours ago. I’m in severe pain, head feels like it’s going to explode and my ear is hissing and extremely painful. Directions are every 12 hours, but the pain is unbearable! How early can I take the second dose and then continue every 12 hours after that?
