How Effective Is AKT-3 For Lymphnode Tuberculosis?

Hi , my name is Nandini, and am undergoing treatment for lymphnode tuberculosis. I am taking Akt-3, one kit daily in the morning. I am having pain in my left thumb joint and i am not able to move my thumb as it is painful. I wanted to know if this is a side efect of the medicine. Regards.

Myself dr.chugh,Orthopaedic surgeon.The drugs have excellent results,but it takes few week before any reduction in sweelling is visible.As far as thumb pain is concern it has nothing to do with drugs.Something else is going on in thumb.Please,show to the doctor.
